Labor Main 

• WebClock Manager Override Using PIN

  Available upon request, managers can now use a 6-digit PIN for WebClock overrides, simplifying override access on POS and number-pad-only devices. 

• Decimal Validation for Job Code Min/Max Hours

  Improved validation for Job Code minimum and maximum hour settings helps ensure decimal values are entered and saved accurately.

• GROUP_ID Added to Analytics Exports

  Analytics exports now include GROUP_ID in Revstreams and ActualLaborDriversImported, improving Revenue Center mapping and organizational reporting in Fourth Analytics.

• Suppress Warnings for Inactive or Unassigned Schedules

  Scheduling visibility has been improved by displaying forecasting and labor generation warnings only when action is required.

• REST Wrapper Support for Group-Level Credentials

  Group-level credentials are now supported for REST wrapper APIs, providing more consistent access control across REST and SOAP integrations.

The Edit Job Code Setting modal now validates decimal values entered for minimum and maximum hours before saving, helping ensure configuration accuracy.

Inline validation provides immediate feedback when unsupported values are entered, making it easier to save valid scheduling configurations successfully.

What’s Included

• Validation prevents unsupported decimal values from being saved
• Clear inline messaging appears when a value requires correction
• Validation updates automatically once the value is corrected
• Values with up to 2 decimal places are supported when they convert correctly to whole minutes
• Validation is applied consistently across both the UI and API
• Existing valid configurations remain unchanged

Suppress Warnings for Inactive or Unassigned Schedules

Automatically available to all customers. No setup or action required.

Who Benefits
Schedulers and managers working with large or partially staffed schedule sets

What’s New
Forecasting and labor generation warnings are now displayed only when action is needed, helping reduce unnecessary alerts and improve schedule visibility.

Warnings are automatically suppressed for inactive schedules and schedules without assigned employees for the selected week.

Updated Warning Behavior

• Warnings are hidden for inactive schedules
• Warnings are hidden when no employees are assigned to the schedule for the week
• Warnings display only for active schedules with assigned employees where forecasting or labor generation has not been completed

REST Wrapper Support for Group-Level Credentials

• REST wrappers now support both master credentials and group-level credentials
• Group-level requests are automatically limited to authorized groups and locations
• Endpoints requiring master credentials continue to enforce appropriate access restrictions
• Existing integrations using master credentials remain unchanged
