Overview
The Labor Card Report provides a customizable view of various labor data points with flexible filtering options. It allows you to analyze labor performance by position, revenue center, labor drivers, and other metrics across specific intervals of time per day.
This report is designed to help you tailor the data displayed so you can focus on the daily insights most relevant to your operation.

Using Filters in the Report
Use the filters to determine which labor data is included in the report.
You can refine the data using the following options:
- Date - Select a single day to view report data
- Interval - Define how labor values are grouped throughout the day (for example, 30-minute intervals)
- Shift - Choose which shift(s) or daypart(s) to include (such as Lunch or Dinner)
- Labor Positions – Select specific positions to include in the report
- RVC (Revenue Center) – Display results by revenue center
- Labor Drivers – Choose which labor metrics to display
- Cumulative Data – Include cumulative totals for a broader view of performance
- Last Year’s Data – Include prior year data for comparison
Adjusting these filters allows you to control the level of detail and scope of the report.

The Labor Card Report displays labor data in a structured format to support analysis across different dimensions.
- Data is organized to reflect selected filters and timeframes
- Metrics update dynamically based on your selections
- Comparisons (such as cumulative or prior year data) appear when enabled

- Available data depends on your selected filters and configuration
- Position-level reporting is available when Labor Positions are configured
