Overview
The Good Faith Estimate (GFE) Report provides a comparison of scheduled hours, actual hours worked, and assigned Good Faith Estimate hours. This report helps identify variances and supports compliance monitoring.
Generating the Good Faith Estimate Report
The Good Faith Estimate Report is available within Labor Analysis.
To generate the report:
- Navigate to Reporting and select Labor Analysis.
- Select Good Faith Estimate Report and the date range (7–91 days).
- (Optional) Select an employee to filter results.
- Select Run.
The report can be exported or printed as needed.
Report Details
- Displays scheduled hours, actual hours worked, and Good Faith Estimate hours
- Includes a variance indicator by day
- Supports filtering by employee
- Includes only published schedules
- Actual hours reflect net hours (excluding unpaid breaks)
Additional Information
- Employees marked as exempt from Good Faith Estimates are excluded from the report
- Historical data prior to exemption remains visible
- Feature availability depends on:
- Staff – Good Faith Estimates client setting
- User permissions for Good Faith Estimates
